How we handle your data

GoldIQ is currently a waitlist. This page explains exactly what we collect when you sign up, why we collect it, who can see it, and how to get it removed. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
What we collect

| Your email address | To send your Founder Ticket and to tell you when access opens. |
| Approximate location (city and country) | Derived from your IP address, to show the valuation in your local currency and to understand where interest is coming from. |
| Referral code, if you arrived through someone's invite link | To know which invite brought you. |
| Date and time you signed up | To order the waitlist. |
We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, photographs of your jewellery, or anything you have not typed into the signup form. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not set analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Who else sees it
- Google Sheets — waitlist entries are stored in a private Google spreadsheet.
- Gmail — used to send your confirmation email.
- Vercel — hosts the site and processes the request. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which channels send visitors. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.
- ipapi.co — receives your IP address to return an approximate location. We do not send them your name or email.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until GoldIQ launches and you have been offered access, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Ask and it goes; we do not keep a copy.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email kreativish.ai@gmail.com and we will action it. There is nothing to justify and no form to fill in.
To stop the emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message we send, or email us. Both remove you from the list entirely.
About the valuation figure
The estimated value shown on the homepage is an illustration for the specific piece pictured, calculated from live spot gold and an assumed weight and purity. It is not an appraisal, a quote, or financial advice, and it says nothing about any item you own.
